A recent post on OpenGeoData blog presents Potlatch 2:
"Fully rewritten in ActionScript 3".

ActionScript 3 !? Wait, that means NO more access for free software users!

What a pity, such an exemplar case of good open SWF practice (sources buildable with free software, binaries playable with free software) coming to an end.

It's kind of offending for the people that are donating money
to enhance Gnash support for OSM (luckly those changes are not for exclusive Potlatch support!).

Consistently enough, the new potlatch codebase will require an Adobe compiler to build...
